A lot of changes are going on in my life now that there has been a lot of hemming and hawing about whether I’d regret it, whether it would be worth all the hard work. Being a No. 1 fan of ‘The Next Maverick’ – laughs; I always keep a copy by my bedside, it’s like my road map to successful living.
Here is one of my favorite quotes from the book, and it’s reassuring to know that my feelings were as a result making such changes that contradict popular views. I believe this is one of the most important trait of a successful leader, be it in business or career.
