One theme that’s been running through many of my conversations with clients lately is the question of “what do I want to be when I grow up.” People at all levels of organisations and a variety of life stages are looking to find real satisfaction in their careers – myself included.

I believe we all have untapped resources for social and economical improvement and that leadership and human development will have the greatest impact in shaping the future of our communities. Unfortunately, many people struggle with a lack of confidence, self-doubt and the absence of TRUSTED role models.

So I thought I’d share with you some work I’ve been doing lately. I am working on a project to invest in leadership. As we all know, nothing worthwhile comes easy or cheap, hence this request.

Specifically, I am looking to put together a team of small business owners who are proficient in the following areas and are also looking to showcase their expertise:

1. Photography
2. Fashion and makeup
3. PR
4. Branding
5. Healthy Eating
6. Video
7. Travel
